Crazy foreign fraud caller

robo caller, upgraded home sales. Windows, doors, exterior paint,etc. Its a sales call and they ask your name right away before even telling you who they are. Don't say yes.

3rd. party electric company pretending to be PSE&G saying your bill for the next year will be discounted for never having been late with a payment. I called PSE&G to report and they said it is continually happening.
